J.J. Corry ‘The Hanson’

A celebration of Irish grain, The Hanson is the first blended grain Irish Whiskey ever created, and the perfect way for us to showcase the richness of grain casks in our flavor library. Developed specifically with the Highball in mind, to make the Hanson we selected 4 - 11 year old grain whiskeys from multiple Irish distilleries and blended to bring out notes of citrus fruits and spice. The Hanson is named after J.J. Corry’s son in law who was the local whiskey tax collector in town.

Flavor Notes:
Bright and approachable, The Hanson has waves of vanilla fudge and toasted coconut on the nose, with top notes of griddled pineapple and lime. Fresh on the palate, green apples and lemongrass give way to a zingy mineralic finish.

Serving Suggestion: This expression makes for easy drinking neat or mixed but was specially developed with the Highball in mind - just add ice and a soda with some citrus for a refreshing, elevated highball for a long, sunny afternoon. Pairs great with BBQ!

Aged 4-11 Years 750Ml 46% ABV / 92  Proof

J.J. Corry ‘The Gael’

Named after a bicycle J.J. Corry invented, our multi-award-winning flagship release ‘The Gael’ is the perfect marriage of Irish Whiskey flavors and showcases our juicy, fruit-bomb house style.

The Gael is made from some of the rarest single malt and grain casks in our library of flavors, aged from 4 to 30 years old. The heart of this blend is a vatting of Irish single malts, distilled in 2002 and 2006, matured in ex-Bourbon barrels, with a top dressing of 1991 single malt from an ex-Sherry butt, for complexity and depth. The addition of Irish single grain balances the blend, providing the bright, sweet and citrus flavors Irish Whiskey is known and loved for.

Flavor Notes:
Offering an initial hit of Irish Whiskey’s signature orchard fruits on the nose, it then bursts with the ripe flavors of white peaches, and apricots before giving way to candied peel and bittersweet Seville orange marmalade, with a touch of dry spice and pink peppercorn minerality With its rich, creamy mouthfeel and layers of complexity.

Serving Suggestion: The Gael is perfect to savor on its own and with ice, and to linger over in good company. Ideally around a campfire!

Aged 4-30 years. 750ml 46% ABV / 92  Proof
