THE CASK SERIES IRISH WHISKEY

Ireland’s first modern Whiskey Bonder J.J. Corry and The Dead Rabbit have joined forces to create, ‘The Cask Series’, a limited edition Single Malt Irish Whiskey finished in Amontillado, Oloroso, Palo Cortado, and Pedro Ximénez casks.

The Cask Series is comprised of a delicate vatting of Single Malt Irish Whiskey from J.J. Corry’s library of flavors: 45% Amontillado Cask Finish, 20 % Pedro

Ximénez Cask Finish, 20% Palo Cortado Cask Finish and 15% Oloroso Cask Finish. ‘The Cask Series’ is bottled at 100 Proof with no artificial coloring or chill-filtration and is available to now savor neat or enjoy in a cocktail at The Dead Rabbit. 

Versatile and nuanced, the influence of sherry casks from Bodegas Garvey impart long-lasting notes of sweet dates, raisin, cacao nib, dried apple and orange followed closely with soft floral notes with hints of hazelnut showcasing the best of contemporary Irish Whiskey.
