A vatting of six Irish Single Malts aged in Bourbon casks from Kentucky, U.S.A. and finished in a Fino sherry butt from Montilla, Spain.

NOSE: The recognisable ‘Flintlock’ white stone fruits and forest berries are first to appear and subtle hints of orange blossom.

PALATE: Layers and layers of flavours. Ripe orchard fruit notes and a complex underlay of sweet floral notes. The mid palate is bright with lime and grapefruit and fresh summer wildflower honey.
